| 4 | *We accept cash or current dated cheque payment payable to Mangrove Services LLC. | |
| 5 | *This is expressly understood by both the parties that Mangrove will start cleaning the property only once there is no other company or people carrying out any work whether construction, renovation, interiors or even snagging purposes in the area covered by this quotation. If on the day of scheduled cleaning, other people are still working, Mangrove reserves the right NOT to start the work and charge 30% of the total price as cancellation / postponement charges. | |
| 6 | *We undertake this job that all areas mentioned in the quotation will be available for cleaning without any ongoing maintenance work by a third party. Any area cleared by us once will not be repeated. | |
| 7 | *Cleaning of internal areas of kitchen and bedroom cabinets and cupboards will be included if these are emptied. Emptying and putting back things inside are client's responsibility. | |
| 8 | *It’s our condition that client or a representative should be present at the time of handover to sign the job card and any comments/observation or complaints must be mentioned on the job card. However, we shall still entertain complaints/ damage reports but only if it’s received by us within 24 hours of completion of the job. Beyond 24 hours, we shall not entertain any complaints/claims and job would be considered completed with the satisfaction of the client. | |
| 9 | *Steam cleaning of oven and other kitchen appliances, mattress, curtain, carpet and sofa is not included in the package because these are part of special services which we charge separately. | |
| 10 | *We take the job of curtain cleaning with the understanding that the curtains are preshrunk before stitching and are steam cleaning worthy. Some curtains may shrink after steam cleaning and may require steam ironing, on drying, to regain their length. In such a scenario, we shall charge 50% of the original curtain cleaning price for the steam ironing service. | |
