| Term | *It’s our condition that client or a representative should be present at the time of handover to sign the job card and any comments/observation or complaints must be mentioned on the job card. However, we shall still entertain complaints/ damage reports but only if it’s received by us within 24 hours of completion of the job. Beyond 24 hours, we shall not entertain any complaints/claims and job would be considered completed with the satisfaction of the client. |
