| Term | *This is expressly understood by both the parties that Mangrove will start cleaning the property only once there is no other company or people carrying out any work whether construction, renovation, interiors or even snagging purposes in the area covered by this quotation. If on the day of scheduled cleaning, other people are still working, Mangrove reserves the right NOT to start the work and charge 30% of the total price as cancellation / postponement charges. |
